According to industry reports, a buyer has been found for the Atlas Group from Ganderkesee. The manufacturer of mobile excavators and loading cranes is thus facing a change of ownership, but details about the transaction and the future investor are not yet known. The Atlas Group manufactures mobile excavators with operating weights of up to around 20 tons and hydraulic loading cranes for commercial vehicle construction at the Ganderkesee location. It remains unclear what impact the acquisition will have on production capacities and the availability of spare parts.
