Japanese crane manufacturer Denzai has opened its European headquarters in Poland, marking its market entry into Europe. The expansion of the Asian provider could increase competitive pressure on established European manufacturers, particularly in the mobile crane segment, such as the Dutch company Spierings Mobile Cranes. Poland as a location offers Denzai logistical advantages for distribution in Eastern and Central Europe as well as lower operating costs compared to Western European locations. The market dynamics in the European crane business are likely to intensify in the medium term due to the entry of further Asian providers, particularly in terms of price-to-performance ratio and delivery times.
