At the Dynapac location in Wardenburg, apprentices independently conceived and conducted a future day for students – from the program to the machine demo. In parallel, the plant of the Swedish compaction specialist is applying for the Prize for Innovative Training (PIA) 2026. The approach of giving apprentices early project responsibility is seen as a response to the intensified shortage of skilled workers in the construction machinery industry. Dynapac produces rollers and pavers in Wardenburg, employs around 400 employees, and trains people in commercial-technical and commercial professions.
