Keestrack focuses on load-sensitive diesel-hydraulic drive systems for mobile crushing and screening plants. According to the company, the technology used since 1999 saves an average of 25 percent fuel compared to conventional solutions. The focus on lower lifecycle costs and remote monitoring is intended to relieve operators in the recycling and aggregate industry during rising energy prices.

The load-sensitive diesel-hydraulic drive system dynamically adapts engine power to the actual load. In contrast to full-load-oriented drives, the system regulates pumps and consumers according to demand and reduces consumption by 25 percent. These efficiency gains have a direct impact on operating costs, particularly in continuous operation at large recycling facilities or in aggregate processing.

For operators with large machine fleets, Keestrack offers a remote monitoring system that transmits position and machine status around the clock. The system records operating hours, fuel consumption and wear indicators and enables a real-time overview across multiple locations. Maintenance requirements can thus be planned in advance and service technicians deployed more efficiently – a factor in calculating total operating costs.

The product portfolio includes the B5 jaw crusher, H6e cone crusher, R3 impact crusher, I4e reversible impact crusher, K6 scalper screen, C6 classifier, S5 stacker and P3 tracked shredder. All machines are designed for applications in quarrying, aggregate and recycling.

In February 2026, Keestrack appointed Duo Group as the official dealer for Great Britain and Ireland. Duo Group will represent the company at the Hillhead exhibition from June 23-25, 2026.

Keestrack places value on ease of maintenance and fast spare parts supply through local dealers. Since June 2025, scalpers and classifiers come standard with long-life grease.
