Swedish tiltrotator specialist Engcon has launched a simplified installation solution that integrates its MIC4.0 control system directly into the tiltrotator setup process. The system aims to reduce installation time on excavators by pre-configuring the digital interface between machine and attachment. For fleet operators, this means faster deployment when retrofitting existing machines or commissioning new units. The MIC4.0 integration allows automatic recognition of quick couplers and tools, reducing setup complexity particularly on mixed fleets where multiple attachment types are in regular use.
