Spierings Mobile Cranes, the Dutch manufacturer of self-erecting mobile tower cranes, has announced a leadership transition as co-founder Piet Kabalen retires from the business. Martin Bray, previously commercial director, has been promoted to managing director and will lead the company's strategic direction going forward. The appointment marks a generational shift for the Oss-based specialist, which holds a strong position in the European rental market with its compact city cranes. Spierings, known for models such as the SK487-AT4 and larger capacity units up to 8 tonnes, continues under the ownership of the Airo Group.
