Swedish excavator attachment specialist Engcon is expanding production capacity at two locations in response to strong market demand for its patented tiltrotator systems. The company is investing in additional manufacturing capabilities at its facility in Poland and at its home site in Strömsund, Sweden. Tiltrotators – hydraulic attachments that enable 360-degree rotation and 45-degree tilting of excavator tools – have gained traction in European markets as contractors seek to enhance machine versatility and reduce the need for repositioning. The capacity expansion suggests Engcon is positioning itself to capitalise on growing adoption of these productivity-enhancing systems, particularly in infrastructure and utilities work where precision digging is critical.
