As of September 2026, Kleemann GmbH and CDE, a specialist in wet processing, are bundling their sales forces in the German market. Wirtgen Deutschland Vertriebsunternehmens- und Service GmbH will now take over sales and distribution of selected CDE products – including the modular sand washing solution ModaLine™, the EvoWash™ washing system, the M2500 modular washing plant, the AquaCycle™ thickener, and the mobile FreeFlow™ washing and water recycling system. For operators of crushing plants and screening plants in sand and gravel works as well as in recycling, this means: a single point of contact for the complete process chain – from crushing through screening to wet processing.

Why crushing and washing belong together: In material processing, mobile crushing and screening plants are often only one part of the chain. Wet processing systems are used both before and after the crushing process – whether in the processing of sand and gravel or in construction waste recycling. Today, anyone who wants to process recycled material into saleable grain size can hardly avoid washing stages: fine grain must be separated, contaminants washed out, and process water circulated.

Customers who purchase both types of equipment from the same partner receive a fully calculated overall solution including dimensioning of conveyor belts, buffers and water cycles. Faster commissioning – One coordinator for assembly, electrical and control engineering reduces lead time, especially for containerized plug-and-play systems such as ModaLine™.

The CDE product range that Wirtgen Deutschland takes over from September covers typical processing scenarios – from stationary gravel works to mobile recycling sites: ModaLine™ is a containerized sand washing solution, quick to deploy and dimensioned for medium throughputs. EvoWash™ is a sand washing system for higher capacities, often used in stationary operation in gravel works. M2500 is a modular washing plant, scalable depending on throughput requirements and material specifications. AquaCycle™ is a high-performance thickener for recovering process water, reducing fresh water requirements and meeting strict environmental regulations. FreeFlow™ is a mobile washing and water recycling system, ideal for temporary applications or operations that move between different sites.
