The Wirtgen Group will present two market premieres at the Paving Expo in São Paulo from September 22-24, 2026: Wirtgen will showcase the compact slip form paver SP 33 for monolithic concrete profiles, and Vögele will introduce the latest generation mobile feeder with the MT 3000-5 Offset. Both manufacturers will share two exhibition booths (No. 47 and 58) with John Deere and combine solutions for road construction and earthmoving.

Wirtgen SP 33: Compact Slip Form Paver for Curbs and Safety Barriers

The Wirtgen SP 33 is designed for the production of monolithic concrete profiles – from curbs to combined curb-gutter profiles through concrete safety barriers with heights up to 1.3 m. The machine can also produce channel and drainage profiles. Wirtgen positions the SP 33 as the ideal choice for job sites requiring high maneuverability, the ability to pave tight curves, and maximum flexibility.

Machine control can be selected from conventional string guidance (Stringline scanning), the proprietary Wirtgen AutoPilot 2.0 System, or 3D systems from third-party providers. This multiple control compatibility enables use in different project environments – from manually guided operations to fully digitalized job sites with BIM integration.

Vögele MT 3000-5 Offset: Mobile Material Supply with 1,200 t/h

Vögele presents the MT 3000-5 Offset, the latest mobile feeder of the Dash-5 generation. The unit is equipped with a slewing conveyor and offers a material feed rate of up to 1,200 t/h. The machine can load a complete truck load in just 60 seconds. Standard features include the new ErgoPlus 5 operating concept, additional comfort features, and the improved PaveDock Assistant system for communication with truck drivers.

The mobile feeder is designed to supply asphalt pavers continuously with material without them having to reduce their working speed or stop. This reduces downtime and significantly increases paving productivity.

Additional Exhibits: Asphalt Plant, Dash-5 Pavers and Compaction Technology

In addition to the two market premieres, Vögele will display the SUPER 1800-5 X at booth 58, a Dash-5 paver with optimized operator comfort, automation solutions and shorter setup times. The Wirtgen Group's portfolio also includes Ciber technologies for asphalt production. The mobile asphalt plant Ciber iNOVA 1500 achieves a capacity of 150 t/h and features four feed silos with individual weighing, an open-fire burner, and an intelligent heat exchanger system that provides high thermal efficiency and low fuel consumption. A single transport vehicle is sufficient to move the plant from one job site to the next.

At booth 47, Hamm's HC 110 G-Tier compactor will be on display. The compactor in the 11-ton weight class features a powerful drive system, high compaction capacity, and proven 3-point articulation for optimal stability and minimization of rollover risk. Hamm offers the HC 110 through HC 130 G series in the 11 and 13-ton weight classes, each optionally available with smooth or padfoot rollers.

Digital Solutions: John Deere Operations Center and Ciber Service Care

A key focus at the exhibition booth is digitalization. The Wirtgen Group and John Deere present the John Deere Operations Center™ – a central platform that bundles the group's digital solutions and enables continuous management of job sites, including planning, monitoring, maintenance scheduling and analysis. The offering is complemented by the "Ciber Service Care" program.

Digital solutions like these are increasingly important in road construction. They enable fleet managers and site managers to capture machine data in real-time, plan maintenance intervals precisely, and reduce downtime. Particularly for complex projects with multiple machines in operation, central control via a platform becomes a competitive advantage. Technical Presentations: Compaction, Recycling and Material Optimization

The Wirtgen Group offers three technical presentations accompanying the exhibition:

  • September 22, 6:00 PM, Auditório 1 – PRESIDENTE DUTRA: "Compaction – the Basis of Every Application" – Speaker: Vinicius Neukamp, Sales Training and Product Application, Wirtgen Brazil
  • September 23, 6:00 PM, Auditório 2 – AYRTON SENNA: "Methods for the Recycling of Reclaimed Pavement Material" – Speakers: Guilherme Rodrigues, Sales Director Latin America, Ciber, and Marcelo Zubaran, Sales Area Manager Brazil, Ciber
  • September 24, 2:00 PM, Auditório 2 – AYRTON SENNA: "How to Optimize the Efficiency and the Potential Applications of Road Surfacing Materials in Road Construction" – Speaker: Rafael Valentini, Senior Sales Manager Latin America, Vögele

The presentations are aimed at construction companies, planners and machine operators and cover topics from basic compaction to the recycling of reclaimed asphalt to the efficient use of road building materials. In particular, recycling methods are becoming increasingly important given rising raw material prices and limited landfill capacity. The topic of recycling in road construction is thus becoming increasingly relevant not only ecologically but also economically.

Significance of Paving Expo 2026 for the Latin American Market

The Paving Expo in São Paulo is one of the most important trade fairs for road construction and earthmoving equipment in Latin America. For manufacturers like the Wirtgen Group, the fair is a strategic platform to introduce new products to a professional audience of construction companies, authorities and engineering firms. Latin America is increasingly investing in infrastructure projects – from highway construction to urban transportation routes to airport expansions. Machines presented there often need to operate under demanding climatic conditions while also being economical to operate.

The combination of high-performance machines, digital control systems, and service-oriented platforms reflects the current trend: construction equipment is increasingly being understood as part of a networked ecosystem, no longer as isolated individual devices. Further insights into the digitalization of job sites can be found on our topic portal BIM and Digital Construction Site.

The Wirtgen Group and John Deere are represented at Paving Expo 2026 at booths No. 47 and 58. The fair takes place from September 22-24, 2026 in São Paulo.
