Chinese construction machinery group SANY Group is presenting its smart mining technologies with AI support and sustainable drive concepts at the Global Mining Summit 2026. The company is thus positioning itself strategically in the growing mining segment and entering into direct competition with established providers such as Caterpillar, Komatsu and Liebherr. The focus is on autonomous operations, telematics solutions and emission-reduced machines for 24/7 continuous operation in open-pit mining. SANY has not yet announced specific product announcements or market launch dates.
