Digital solutions such as MyLiebherr Maintenance and Performance, the MyAssistant App and IoMine make information accessible and provide greater transparency about machine conditions, maintenance requirements and fleet performance. MyLiebherr Maintenance consolidates machine conditions, maintenance and service histories centrally. By linking with digital solutions such as MyAssistant, problems can be identified early and maintenance can be planned more precisely. MyLiebherr Performance provides performance and consumption data to optimise utilisation and operating costs.

Data View, which is part of the IoMine Maintain portfolio, enables direct comparison of the condition and performance of all machines in a fleet using clear analyses. This is based on data from machine events and Liebherr assistance systems. The applications provide customers with valuable and holistic support to reduce downtime, carry out targeted maintenance and increase the availability of their machines. The range is complemented by LiDIAG Customer, which makes diagnostic data directly available and accelerates service processes – from troubleshooting and reading machine parameters to software updates and hydraulic settings.
