The spray module features five spray bars arranged between, behind, and alongside the track chains. This arrangement enables seamless emulsion application even with varying working widths. The spray nozzles operate in pulse mode at a maximum pressure of 3 bar and are available as 07, 10, and 16 nozzles, which deliver 70 percent, 100 percent, and 160 percent throughput respectively. Optimized calibration ensures precise dosing across the entire spray width, even at low volumes.

What innovations does the Dash-5 generation bring?

The insulated emulsion tank holds 2,100 liters; an optional additional tank increases capacity to up to 7,100 liters. For the first time, Vögele offers a version with additional tank heating. This allows residual emulsions below 300 liters to be fully processed even at low outdoor temperatures – an advantage when the job site requires only small quantities.

Operation is controlled via the new ErgoPlus 5 concept.
